The butterfly plate of the rubber-lined butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical passage of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis of the valve stem, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When the rotation reaches 90°, the valve is in a fully open state. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
At present, the rubber-lined butterfly valve, as a component used to realize the on-off and flow control of the pipeline system, has been extremely widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, water and electricity. In the well-known butterfly valve technology, its sealing form mostly adopts a sealing structure, and the sealing material is rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. Due to the limitation of structural characteristics, it is not suitable for industries such as high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. An existing relatively advanced butterfly valve is a triple eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valve. The valve body and the valve seat are connected components, and the sealing surface layer of the valve seat is welded with temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. The multi-layer soft stacked sealing ring is fixed on the valve plate. Compared with the traditional butterfly valve, this kind of butterfly valve has high temperature resistance, is easy to operate, has no friction when opening and closing, and is closed with the torque of the transmission mechanism.
The ventilating butterfly valve is driven by a motor to drive the actuator, so that the disc can rotate freely in the range of 90° to achieve the purpose of opening and closing or adjusting the medium flow.
The rubber-lined butterfly valve adopts a PTFE-lined butterfly plate with a spherical sealing surface. The valve is easy to operate, tightly sealed, and has a long service life; it can be used to quickly cut off or adjust the flow. Suitable for occasions requiring reliable sealing and good adjustment characteristics. The valve body adopts a split type, and the sealing at both ends of the valve shaft is controlled by adding fluorine rubber to the rotating base surface between the butterfly plate and the valve seat; to ensure that the valve shaft does not contact the fluid medium in the cavity. It is widely used in the transportation of liquids and gases (including steam) in various types of industrial pipelines, and the use of severely corrosive media.
